A tree on the Marple Canal

This is another image from yesterday’s walk along the Marple canal.  The technique here is more interesting than the subject (in this instance).

This NOT a photograph of a tree.  It is a photograph of a reflection of a tree.  The photograph has then been inverted so that the tree now appears to be the right way up.  I’ve used the technique before taking photos of reflections in puddles and depending on how still the water is you get an interesting effect on image.  In this case the tree has a very slight wavey nature to it.
