Bullrushes
This afternoon Ann and I went for a short walk to a little known wildlife conservation area in Heaton Mersey. I managed to get one or two shots, but perhaps the most intriging was the bullrushes ‘in bloom’. Looking like a mutant cross between a cotton-wool factory, and a dandylion clock.
The photo was taken into the sun to get the light shining though the candyfloss like seed clusters.
