I know one of the things I don’t do well for the Academy is the emails that new academy members get when they sign-up. I really want to improve this. I am thinking of setting up automatic emails to new members, on the day they join and for a couple of days afterwards to walk through some of the features of the Academy.
So here’s the question – what things should those messages contain?
Before I dive in and list all the things I *think* should be in there – what would have helped you to know when you first joined the academy?
