Glucosamine Sulphate

I have been diagnosed with arthritis.  It is in my knees and I also feel it my hands.  In the hands it’s most obvious first thing in the morning.  In the knees it is most obvious when I kneel down.

I have good days and not so good days.  This morning my hands ached.  So I keep taking the tablets.
