Break time

Ann’s away.  She went to visit her parents today.  Before she went she kept asking me what I was going to do today.  My reply was always the same:  I don’t know.  I had/have absolutely no plans for today – that’s one of the great things about having the house to myself.  I don’t need to schedule my day.

So what have I done?  A bit of this, a bit of that.  Made encouraging noises as Ann was packing the car, watched F1 qualifying, worked on my websites, delivered a birthday card and… oh, yes… in the middle of all that ‘hard work’ I took a break, and sat outside with a cup of tea, a biscuit and a book.  I do enjoy having the house to myself every once in a while!
