The Big Wheel, Manchester

Another image from my trip into Manchester yesterday.  This is the second year running that Manchester has had the ‘big wheel’ in the city at Christmas.  I sense a tradition starting!

I won’t bore you with the dull photo I took of the new catflap.  It was only taken as evidence that it wasn’t latching propperly.  After a trip to the pet superstore and a phone call to their help line I followed their advice.  I have used superglue and about half a dozen nuts and bolts to make sure it stays shut! 

No honestly, that really is the solution to keep the local strays out…

I glued  the metal nuts to the bottom of the cat flap to give it more weight so that it swings back into place!
