The dome of the Pantheon. Rome, Italy.

A break from Egyptian desert photos.  Here is an image of the inside of the Pantheon in Rome. 

The Pantheon (The temple to all gods), is the best preserved building in all Rome.  The dome is 1.6m bigger than the dome of St. Peter’s.  The building is lit by an oculus – a central hole in the dome.
