Spider and web.
I was out and about today. Including dropping in on my parents. Before we went away I spotted an amazing spiders web in their garden but I didn’t have my camera with me. I was pleased to discover it was still there today some three weeks later, and this time I had my camera with me.

Excellent – very pleased you took this photo! We exactly the same kind of spider hanging in a web stretched across a French window for several weeks this autumn. I tried to get a macro shot myself, but owing to angles and lighting and reflections couldn’t get a decent focus. Yours picks up the colours and patterning wonderfully.
